Customer Support Wizard (Remote – Western Canada)
We are looking for an energetic Customer Support Wizard to join our Customer Success team and contribute to Rewind’s upcoming plans to be the only service your business needs to protect its valuable data!

About the Job*
The Support Wizard role is challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding. Each day you get to interact with merchants all over the world via phone, chat and email. There are times when you won’t know the answer so we’re looking for folks who are always up for a challenge and won’t stop until a solution is found. You can expect to:

We’re looking for candidates with 1-2 years or experience for this role. You should have been doing this or similar work in a customer service role during that time.
