Are you a Senior Design or Projects Engineer looking to take the step up to a managerial position? Are you looking for great progression potential within a high growth environment?

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to invest into a Senior Engineer that’s looking to step up to an Engineering Supervisor position. They are part of an international group specialising in Marine Engineering.

This role will be a mix of management and being hands on. You will be a key leader within Design or Projects, depending on your background. You will cover various products and ensure all technical data and designs have been completed. This is a varied role which will see you liaising directly with clients, overseeing projects, and still being directly involved in R&D.

The Role:

*Leading small team with 3 direct reports

The Candidate:

*Previous experience within Civil, Structural or Marine Engineering

*Comfortable dealing with clients

*Previous experience mentoring more junior members of staff
