About the role
Provide input and oversight to Revolut’s accounting records and reconciliation/ control processes. Liaise with relevant finance and other internal teams to ensure correct record keeping and efficient processes.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop data management tools to create more effective financial processes
  • Ensure and oversee an efficient and timely month end close including the preparation or review of reconciliations to substantiate the general ledger
  • Deliver process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the financial reporting process
  • Develop and maintain an Effective Interest Rate model and an Expected Credit Loss model with the associated business functions
  • Design, agree and deliver financial reports with other finance teams and the wider business
  • Ensuring the compliance of central service functions to SLAs through collaborative problem solving

What you’ll need
  • Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and a ‘hands on’ attitude
  • Highly motivated, focussed on delivery
  • You have graduated with at least a 2:1 from a top university
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience in banking and capital markets
  • Experience of external audit delivery is desirable
