What you’ll be doing:

When you join, we’ll start you on the Inspire Pathway, our intensive training programme that will give you all of the training and mentoring you need to be successful. You’ll cover networking within the IT space, attracting candidates from a wide variety of sources, explaining how Revolent can help them fast track their career, and taking the candidate through the entire recruitment process (including arranging job interviews and technology tests, preparing candidates for client introduction meetings, and closing out offers). Using a range of resources including professional networking, job boards and social media networking, you will have full ownership of sourcing, vetting and managing candidates through their interview process.

What we are looking for:

· Proven experience in a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition role

· Robust communication and organisation skills

· Self-starter with the ability to manage time efficiently

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with proven multi-tasking experience and the ability to prioritize

· Commercial awareness and target orientation

· Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude

· Professionalism, attention to detail and ability to use own initiative

· Ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization

· Ambitious nature and willingness to go above and beyond
