Account Manager

We are looking to bring on board an experienced Account Manager to manage and develop the relationships with our largest accounts across Australia, managing in-flight projects and opening up new opportunities/sales channels, with the aim to help drive our business forwards.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders and becoming their trusted advisor
• Becoming an expert at articulating Revolent’s value proposition
• Effectively managing internal relationships to service your client base (Customer Success/ Operations, Talent Acquisition and L&D)
• Work strategically to build and deliver innovative initiatives with your clients to address their D&I targets
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with technology vendors such as Salesforce, AWS and Microsoft
• Prepare and guarantee quarterly sales forecasts
• Cross-sell and up-sell Revolent’s product range across client base
