We require sales-oriented candidates who are comfortable with informing patients about additional services that may complement their existing treatment.
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for reaching out to new patients to help them understand our services. This includes conducting intake consultations to gather patient history and presenting different services in preventative care or cellular therapy.
The primary responsibilities of this role include contacting patients who already have an initial consultation scheduled on their calendars and reaching out to potential leads to schedule initial consultations. Additionally, the job involves responding to emails, text messages, returning phone calls, and interdepartmental communications to ensure follow-ups are made on time.
