Summary

Spearheads strategic growth initiatives and provides operational oversight for our concierge team, patient care specialist team, and IV hydration department. This leadership role is pivotal in driving business success, focusing on analytics, metrics evaluation, and coaching new managers to ensure operational excellence.

Essential Functions

• Develops and executes strategic business development plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Identifies and cultivates key partnerships and opportunities for business enhancement.
• Leads initiatives to efficiently manage patient visits, emphasizing measurable ROI and implements protocols and procedures to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
• Provides direct oversight of daily operations, emphasizing efficient patient/clinician scheduling.
• Ensures the seamless coordination of resources to meet client expectations while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Drives strategic innovation to enhance operational efficiency and elevate the overall patient experience.
• Develops and maintains effective Quality Assurance programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manages metrics, customer satisfaction, and ing statistical performance levels and generates and presents periodic s to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement.
• Evaluates metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborates with senior leadership and cross functional teams to define business strategies and implements innovative solutions.
• Possesses a thorough understanding of Patient Support Center functions, platforms, and dependencies.
• Utilizes conceptual and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges, refines processes and drives continuous improvements.
• Delivers impactful presentations that communicate strategies, performance levels, and areas for enhancement.
• Provides hands-on coaching and mentorship to new managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leads by example to cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring the team’s alignment with organizational goals.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Education And Experience
