REVEREIT Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job at Remote Full Time

The Sourcer will build and maintain candidate pipelines as well as vast networks of professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharma and biotech industries. This position will work 100% remote and can be located anywhere in the US.They will be responsible for direct sourcing, headhunting, and pipelining top tier candidates. The Sourcer will be identifying, interviewing, maintaining relationships with and making recommendations for candidates with potential for upward mobility at various levels. Our new facility, with expanded mammalian cell line engineering and biomanufacturing capabilities utilizing single-use systems, offers increased flexibility and manufacturing scale to support our customers’ growth. We offer a broad range of integrated formulation and analytical services to solve your most difficult development challenges in Biologics.

The Role

• Proactively pursue both passive and active job seeking talent; direct source, headhunt, and pipeline top tier candidates.
• Work closely with our corporate recruiters as well as hiring managers, to help determine staffing strategies, obtain position requirements and compensation information.
• Responsible for gathering and reporting on market data including compensation trends, competitor information and general talent pool findings through sourcing efforts.
• Build and maintain a vast network of professional relationships for various disciplines in the pharma and biotech industries.
• Must possess the ability to understand the talent needs of hiring managers when opening and creating a requisition.
• Identifying, interviewing, maintaining relationships with and making recommendations for candidates with potential for upward mobility at various levels.
• Other duties assigned.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree business management, Science or related field is preferred.
• 1 year experience in a client facing role is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device and/or Contract Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong internet research skills and cold-calling experience are required.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to create and drive efficient and effective candidate generation strategies for beyond traditional recruitment mechanisms.

Term/Length:

3 month and extend as needed. Work Schedule: M-F supporting CST time zone OT depending on business need may be before and after.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
