Revere Restaurant Hiring for Restaurant Manager Full Time

Oversee daily operations of the the restaurant, manage staff, maintain the restaurants revenue, profitability, and goals. Ensure efficient restaurant operations as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and customer service.

Other responsibilities include: Hiring and training staff, coordinating employee schedules, ensure company protocols and policies are being followed, order supplies, manage budgets and most importantly having great customer service.

Managing shifts mix between opening the restaurant, managing a mid shift or closing the restaurant. Each manager has the same responsibilities and is crossed trained to do any job in the restaurant efficiently. Any experience in making employee schedules, ordering wine, liquor and beer, making menus or bartending knowledge is a plus but not a requirement. Upon Hiring we will train in all areas.
