This is a role for someone who:

• Has great loyalty & tenure in ecommerce (fashion is great but not a deal breaker)
• Can own onsite conversion and optimisation, user experience as well as lead 2 x direct s in CRM and Paid Media
• Is detail oriented, highly collaborative and super organised

Your 4 day week would look like:

• Driving the paid media strategy with a strong focus on TikTok & Meta
• Analysing website conversion data to identify incremental gains in optimisation
• Driving campaign performance
• Website merchandising & product enrichment
• Driving the strategy for CRM and customer retention
