Talent Associate
We seek a dynamic and driven Talent Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of business principles. You can use your recruiting, sourcing, and talent operations experience to help us build a solid talent foundation. We want people that know what they don’t know and can learn and adapt as we grow.
Experience herding cats, implementing an Applicant Tracking System, and creating s will be highly valued. We will build automation and strategy to showcase our brand and produce measurable results. In this role, you will to the Head of Talent and collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other team members to identify and hire top talent for our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to develop s and metrics dashboards
- Collaborate with People Operations to assist in pre-boarding new hires.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating travel and logistics, and providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their hiring needs and support them in finding the best match.
- Assist with building automation within the ATS and additional tools (GEM, Calendly, etc.)
- Develop and maintain talent pools for networking with prospective candidates.
- Attend various recruitment events like career fairs and professional association meetings.
- Collect competitive information regarding pay rates and benefits for use internally.
- Partner with recruiters and marketing to manage job postings and optimize “top of funnel”
- Monitor and on sourcing and pipeline conversion metrics
- Assist in sourcing candidates through multiple sources, including internal ATS, Professional Associations, colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other resources
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new sourcing technologies
Skills and Experience
- Professional experience in administration, operations, and analytics required
- Hunger to grow your career and learn Talent Acquisition
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and following directions are essential
