Revecore Hiring for Product Owner at Remote Full Time
Full Job Description
Purpose:
The Product Owner will be accountable for partnering with our Revecore team in the design, development and implementation of new projects. Their duties will include assisting in roadmap development, planning projects, communication with key Revecore leadership teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, based on changing requirements and in line with organization vision and goals
- Owning a product or portion of the product from end to end: idea generation, design, development, testing, and tracking success metrics
- Turns data insights into products and features with actionable outcomes to the end user
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features and prioritization
- Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs
- Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional requirements for product features that are clearly understood by development teams
- Communicate effectively with different team members to achieve product goals
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments to impact successful team completion of a release
- Evaluate the work done by the development team and provide constant feedback
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required. Tactfully working through competing product priorities is critical.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. The ability to tailor your message to your audience is a must.
- High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Revenue cycle experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of 837 and 835 files is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience as either a product owner, business analyst, or business systems analyst.
