CONTEXT

Reveal is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to assist the HR team in finding the best talent across Marketing, Sales, and other support functions.

Working directly with the HR Lead and partnering with the Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll work to grow the team from 33 to 80+ by December 2022.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with a passion for sourcing talent and who is looking to be part of a fast-growing company and to be part of the recruitment strategy in Reveal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attract the best diverse talent to meet our current and future needs in the US and Europe
• Oversee the full recruiting process, from sourcing to managing candidates and closing
• Identify all possible channels for sourcing new candidates in order to drive a greater volume of qualified candidates into our pipeline
• Highly contribute to strategic programs that have a company-wide impact:
  • Improving hiring processes,
  • Work on the recruitment KPI’s,
  • Develop our recruitment partnerships,
  • Work on the diversity of candidate pipelines.

• Contribute to the development of employer branding
• Organize and be part of recruiting events
• Be a major actor of the candidate experience

Reporting line

You will report to the HR Lead with clear alignment with the Talent Acquisition Recruiter.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS JOB IF

You’re a bit of a tech-savvy: You are used to working with Applicant Tracking Systems, as well as with communication and productivity tools.

You have a creative mindset: and you are familiar with content production, to some extent. That translates into decent copywriting and basic skills in video and audio editing.

You have strong interpersonal skills and can make everyone comfortable within ten seconds (from the young intern to the 20-years-of-experience applicant).

You’re looking for an environment where you will learn and grow while being very autonomous.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Ideally 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing or equivalent business experience for a broad range of business roles, levels, and geographies within a hyper-growth environment
• You are an authentic, inspiring, and hands-on business recruiter with strong proven results
• MUST be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate experience doing so
• A passion for the Reveal vision in order to really sell something you believe in
• Strong reporting skills to take your stakeholders on the hiring journey
