Retail Human Resources plc Hiring for HR Business Partner at London Full Time

This fashion retailer is looking for a HR business partner to support the people function. Working closely with the head of HR, you will play an integral part in driving change, innovation & building key relationships across head office, retail, and contact centre divisions. The retailer has been established for decades and are known for their high-quality products, customer service and attention to detail.

As a HR business partner, you will form the bridge between the whole people team which includes recruitment, L&D, reward and comms. You will take ownership for driving the people strategy across multiple functions ensuring all teams are aligned.

Coming from background within the retail or hospitality industry, you will be someone who has great collaborative and communication skills.

The retailer is paying a salary up to £75,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. The retailer is based in West London and operate a hybrid working schedule. You will be given the autonomy to implement your strategies and ideas to have a positive impact on the business.
