Due to the pandemic, both regular and special education students experienced learning loss. Results Learning is hiring energetic reading tutors to work with diverse groups of Kindergarten through 5th-grade students to close the educational gap created.

Tutoring takes place after school Monday through Friday from 2:45 to 5:00 at schools in Aurora, CO. Please apply if you are a certified teacher, Para-Educator, possess an education degree or have past teaching or tutoring experience. The candidates will possess the ability to build great rapport with students and teachers and have a true passion for helping students all types of learners reach their potential.

Applicant Qualifications:

• Experience working with elementary school students in math or reading in small groups
• Must be available a minimum of 2- or 3-days afterschool a week
• Experience teaching second language learners
• Teacher or Para certification preferred, but not a must
• Must have reliable transportation

We Offer:

• $30.00 – $60.00 per hour. Pay based on the number of students in a tutoring group and your qualifications.
