RESULTS BROADCASTING, INC (WTCH WOWN WOTE WJMQ) Hiring for Account Executive – Digital & Radio Marketing Sales Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Executive in Radio Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and presenting advertising proposals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and other sales efforts
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and work to expand business with them
• Create and present advertising proposals to clients, negotiating rates and terms as necessary
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend industry events and trade shows to stay current on industry trends and developments
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activity and manage client relationships

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital/radio media or advertising industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
