We have one of the highest commission plans in the industry and our entry level management training program allows you to start as a roofing consultant, learn to train and develop others, then earn the right to run your own show! Primary responsibilities include:

• Learn our outside sales system
• Provide insight to prospective and existing clients
• Sales demonstrations to potential clients
• Development training

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organziational skills
• Confidence in public speaking
• Working well within a team environment
• Open-minded to being educated
• Love for human interaction
• Desire to mentor others

Salary and Benefits:

• Average first year income range: $200,000 – $300,000
