Responsibilities

• A growing Contractor in Ardmore Oklahoma is looking to hire a hands on Controller to support Management in the following areas: Job Costing, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reporting, Tax Filings, Fleet Management, Internal Controls

• This position will report to the partners and will perform duties including but not limited to:

• Monthly close & Internal Financial Statement Preparation

• Assist in the development and maintenance of continual improvement and value added policies and procedures

• Ensure all financial data and transactions are adequately documented

• Prepare and/or review General Ledger account analyses and reconciliations

• Perform financial analysis, internal management and US GAAP financial reporting

• Review the processing of invoicing and receivables; develop enhanced reporting in these areas

• Prepare job cost reporting

• Prepare sales and use tax filings

• Perform and report on cash flow projections and forecasting

• Prepare and process payroll, certified payroll, benefits packages, human resources files

• Maintain Corporate Assets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

• Ardmore, OK 73401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
