As part of our exciting change agenda and strategy, we now have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People Function; a role that will make a real difference to how we achieve our ambitious Group strategy.
The successful applicant will be our internal Talent Acquisition expert to ensure successful delivery of an end-to-end talent acquisition solution by our third-party recruitment partner, whilst ensuring the service is adopted and embedded across the Group to provide a cost effective, quality recruitment service that meets the needs of each Business Unit.
