Job Title: Restaurant Marketing Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase restaurant sales and brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends and preferences, and leverage insights to drive effective marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the management team to create and manage a marketing budget that aligns with overall business goals.
• Manage and oversee social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels to engage customers and drive traffic to the restaurant.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to generate positive publicity and promote the restaurant.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• If no Bachelor, experience in Marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience in restaurant marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and a desire to innovate and experiment with new marketing strategies.
