Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily inbound / outbound shipments by keeping record of ETA and estimate in-warehouse date and update internal system
• Communicate with buying team / warehouses on delivery and unload status to minimize any additional fees
• Communicate with Operations team / sales on delivery and unload status from inquiry emails
• Communicate with Carriers on offload status to minimize any additional fees.
• Keep track of HOT loads to ensure urgency of trucker and update internal system
• Research any Over, Short and Damage (OS&D) ed by warehouse and work with supervisor on resolution
• Create and disseminate s daily, weekly, and monthly
• Work with TMS system

Skills & Qualifications :

• 1+ years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role preferred
• Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of workload
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office with a high focus on Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player
