Popeyes is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation. With the fast-emerging digital environment and our guests expecting more from us every day, this team is focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our guests, and developing digital product roadmaps to bring them to life.
This Sr. Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketers and driving the brand’s digital sales objectives. The scope of this role includes Performance Media, CRM, Loyalty, and Digital Marketing Calendar execution. The Sr. Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and impactful digital marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include implementing growth strategies, tracking performance metrics, leveraging data insights for segmentation and lifecycle marketing, and identifying optimization opportunities. The Sr. Director will play a vital role in shaping the brand’s future, exceeding customer expectations, and positioning Popeyes as a leader in the digital landscape.
