Response Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at London, England Full Time

This is a 13-month fixed term contract role (maternity cover) for an internal recruitment / talent acquisition specialist with a mixed focus, partly on candidate screening and direct recruitment for strategic roles, partly leading on resourcing projects and implementing continuous innovation around processes and User/Candidate experience. The majority of the workforce are on living-wage so experience of working with a similar employee population and an understanding of the challenges of hiring at this level is important.

Applications from across London, Hertfordshire or Buckinghamshire will be considered however you will spend at least 2/3 days a week at the company’s Ruislip office, proximity would be preferred. Own transport is essential and there will be occasional travel to other offices across the UK. Parking provided.-

The Role
You will provide support throughout the hiring lifecycle, with a particular focus on ensuring a direct recruitment approach by hiring managers at all levels. Your first 3 months will have a specific focus on candidate screening and headhunting for roles at all levels (especially within Sales and at Senior Management level). Beyond that you would be supporting the business in running a direct recruitment model whilst leading on company-wide resourcing projects and maintaining the existing infrastructure centred around tools, processes, templates and hiring technology.

• Sourcing direct candidates for defined areas of the business, including headhunting using LinkedIn
• Creating engaging advertising content, selecting the most appropriate advertising channels for each job type
• Develop and lead on all aspects of strategic TA across the UK&I business, including attraction strategies, sourcing and selection methods, tools and programmes
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate a best-in-class candidate experience
• Build and deliver efficient processes (using our TA system) and tools, driving consistency and removing roadblocks along the hiring process
• Review existing processes and tools and implement best practice
• Evaluate metrics, report on results, determine ROI and provide competitive intelligence

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, you must have both agency and in-house experience
• A history of innovation and process Improvements
• Evidence of sourcing candidates across various channels using direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Experience of carrying out comprehensive competency-based interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous recruitment campaigns and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of employment legislation
