Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and solutions-focused individual to join our Production Chemistry team. This position is responsible for performing various laboratory activities to support the manufacturing of Response products that will help improve patient outcomes and save lives globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute production chemistry & biological work orders of moderate complexity according to documented standard operating procedures and manufacturing batch records.
Maintain product quality
Follow GMP and Safety Procedures and raise concerns to Manager and Team Lead attention.
Ensure training requirements, work standards, policies and procedures are followed and raise issues or questions if any of the above can be improved upon.
Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and on-time delivery.
We are looking for someone who:
Can operate laboratory equipment according to written procedures.
Has the ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets, and Basic SOP’s.
Has the ability to read, perform and document tasks as and when required.
Has demonstrated written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Has the ability to work in a fast paced team oriented production environment, flexible/adaptable to changes.
Has the ability to physically perform the functions of the job and to use protective clothing as required.
Has manual dexterity skills.
Has the ability to work flexible shifts as required by production need.
Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Formal Education
A minimum of a high school diploma in chemistry is required and a Bachelor of Science is preferred.
Basic chemistry/laboratory knowledge is required.
Work Experience
Experience in a regulated/GMP environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience Lab Equipment or processes required.
