Resources Safety and Health Queensland Hiring for Senior HR Consultant Job at Australia Full Time

• Provide quality advice and project support to the Manager, Human Resources
• Prepare and consolidate reports, briefing notes and other correspondence that support human resource matters
• Support the organisation and Manager, HR with delivery of services such as workforce planning, employment relations, recruitment and other services that support a healthy and safe workplace culture
• Responsible for maintaining relevant employee documentation and files ensuring all contractual documents and policies are updated and comply with current legislation
• Liaison with corporate administration agency (CAA), RSHQ’s payroll provider
• Provide insights to the Manager, HR on workforce profile and emerging issues across RSHQ
• Recommend and customise recruitment processes to enable managers make informed and fair decisions
• Ensure that financial implications are considered into HR business decisions for RSHQ
