This is a 1stshift position! In this role, partner with the plant’s leadership team to drive business results, guide both supervisors and managers on HR related topics, and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s values & goals.

Implement and manage people-related programs and initiatives and ensure they align with laws / regulations, business objectives, and company goals.
Analyze trends, identify high potential employees, and assist with succession planning and talent plan development Create positive experiences for employees throughout the employee lifecycle in the recruitment processes, performance management, compensation and benefits, training / development, etc.
Lead and participate in company-wide HR projects and work with cross functional teams across the organization. Collaborate with HR partners in Talent Acquisition, HR operations, People Analytics, and Learning and Development to develop solutions for recruiting and retention strategies.
Consult management on complex employee relations and organizational effectiveness issues. required-skills : Job Requirements of the HR Business Partner : At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry Bilingual English and Spanish language skills are required Bachelor’s degree in business, HR management, organizational development, or a related field Solid understanding of local, state, and federal HR / employment related laws and regulations, such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
