$35– $44.50/hr.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing consultative relationships with hiring managers across multiple business units to drive the full cycle recruitment process, including requisition management, job posting content, sourcing, screening/interviewing, candidate offer/closing, and onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Partner’s Responsibilities:

• Collaborates and implements a strategic talent acquisition plan to increase visibility
• Sources, screens/interviews, tests , and refers to a consistent flow of highly qualified healthcare
• professionals
• Monitors the pre-employment process to ensure successful completion of all requirements
• Prescreens and ensures potential candidates meet the minimum requirements
• Identifies, develops, and retains internal talent pipelines from the organization’s existing talent
• Works with Compensation Analysts to coordinate appropriate compensation
• Finalizes and extends job offers and oversees pthe rocessing of candidates
• Assists internal candidates with position searches and conducts career coaching

Talent Acquisition Partner’s Skills/Qualification/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) to seven (7) year’s work experience in recruiting, preferably in health
• Preferred Certificate HR Related Certification (SHRMCP, SHRM-SCP ,or AIRS)
• Knowledge of employment law and regional and national recruitment trends
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
• High degree of independent decision-making, and problem-solving capability
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, internet a, nd social media
• Strong negotiation skills and candidate/client focused
• Experience sourcing and prescreening candidates
