Resource Solutions and the Client

We have worked in partnership with our clients supplying recruitment services globally since 2007. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with our clients at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.

Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in London.

• Permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment across all levels and business areas (RPO and MSP)
• Advisory services including diverse hiring, assessments and employer brand and experience

About the Role:

Our biggest source of talent is our own people, and we are therefore investing in improving the experience for those facing being displaced. Our new Redeployment Community aims to help existing employees who have been placed at risk of redundancy, by regularly sharing new internal vacancies as well as making their profiles available to recruiters.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact those at-risk candidates who have registered in the Redeployment Community on the client’s ATS
• Build their talent profile in the client’s ATS, which should include:
  • Up to date CV to include all relevant work history
  • Preferred work location/s
  • Preferred working hours/pattern
  • Discussion around transferrable skills
  • Areas of interest
  • Preferred job roles/business areas
  • Understand their band level/salary expectations
  • Capture details of their consultation dates/notice period
• Talk candidly and honestly about volumes of live roles at present to set expectation from the outset
• Host weekly meetings with all recruiters to share knowledge of new candidates registered ensuring a spirit of collaboration
• Liaise with recruiters as necessary on updates linked to at risk employees
• Collate reporting suite to provide to the client weekly on success. This would need to include data on initial contact, follow up contact, job matches, interviews, and offers.

Process and Procedure Compliance:

• Ensuring 100% compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
• Ensuring compliance with all client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies, cost management, etc.).

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrable recruitment experience with multinational businesses in RPO environment
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience
• Responsible for allocated positions from approval to offer and ensuring adherence to service levels and standards
