Resource Solutions and the Client
We have worked in partnership with this supplying recruitment services since 2013. Our consultative service focuses on partnering with the Client at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.
Operationally, we are responsible for delivering the following core services through our delivery teams in London and Manchester:
Permanent recruitment for all levels up to and including Managers for the Client
Temporary and contractor recruitment for all business areas
Onboarding services for permanent, temporary and contract hires across all business areas
Resource Solutions will provide early careers resourcing services (graduates / apprentices / interns), which will come into effect during 2019
Additionally, the Client also provides the resourcing for the Payment Services Regulator and Resource Solutions delivers recruitment services for the Client on behalf of this body.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll build robust relationships with clients and vendors alike. We’ll look to you to build end-to-end recruitment cycles for every role, whether permanent or temporary, and to support internal mobility too. Recruitment Process Management
Ensuring appropriate levels of sign off prior to commencing job search
Act as the single point of accountability for business-aligned vacancies
Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively contribute to the target for direct recruitment
Build and maintain Resource Solutions candidate database by building up “talentpools”
Screen CVs in line with the line managers requirements and arrange interviews as appropriate
Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent
Meet each line manager to discuss new vacancies and agree resourcing strategy
Develop sourcing strategies for pipeline requirements
Engage with Hiring Managers to obtain feedback through each stage of the process
Telephone screen candidates to assess competencies, skills and experience as part of the qualification process, where appropriate
Review shortlisted candidates to ensure they are of the right calibre before submission to the Hiring Managers
Act as the conduit between the client and internal PSL teams when external agencies have been engaged
Manage the offer process, including providing up-to-date salary / rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date
Successfully negotiate and close approved offers with candidates
Liaise with the relevant function to hand over candidates for on boarding and monitor progress to start date
Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the relevant recruitment systems
Providing strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments and to understand their client’s recruitment needs – forecasting where possible
Project work and reporting, as given by the business and Account Lead, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Line Manager Relationship Management
Partner in recruitment activity and offer added value services
Regularly meet with line managers to discuss process and promote direct sourcing as both a cost saving initiative and value-added service of Resource Solutions
Build and maintain internal relationships with the client
Provide credible and consultative advice and support the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
Maintain the agreed service levels with the client
Provide regular market information from both internal and external sources
Assist in writing approved jobs specs in line with legislative requirements where required
Process and Procedure Compliance
Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
Ensuring data is accurate and up to date at all times
Ensure compliance with all Client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc)
Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments
Essential Skills:
Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requisitions
Proven stakeholder engagement experience
Responsible for allocated positions from approval to offer and ensuring adherence to service levels and standards
