Your role will… As an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist for ReSource Pro you will be responsible for leading and managing the full-cycle talent acquisition process to ensure that candidates and hiring teams have an exceptional experience.
You will build trusted internal partnerships by partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and select the high-quality talent we need to grow our teams.
The largest part of this role is applying your expertise in behavioral interview techniques and analysis to evaluate candidates’ talent and cultural fit.
In addition to daily recruitment and onboarding, our Talent Acquisition Specialists will also support and lead various projects that contribute to and improve the Talent Acquisition function and goals.
After 4 months you will… Manage the comprehensive full life-cycle talent acquisition recruitment process for roles across the US to attract high-quality talent across various functional areas and levels within the organization.
Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ talent, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand positions, strategic alignment, and manage the execution of the selection process Review candidate resumes for alignment with position requirements and complete behavioral interviews with candidates Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates as well as build proactive talent pipelines Coach and train hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices Lead the onboarding process for all newly hired talent in the US Participate and collaborate in Talent Acquisition projects to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and team functions Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, including the US annual team meeting.
What you need to be successful… 3 years of Talent Acquisition strategy and behavioral interviewing specifically within an in-house corporate talent acquisition environment (RPO, agency, or staffing are NOT considered equivalent) for roles up to director level.
Mastery of behavioral interviewing (beyond screening interviews), including thematic analysis, is essential for success in this role Experience leading onboarding for new hires Must have extensive experience with niche role recruitment and passive sourcing Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred Manage complex and fast-moving projects and timelines with multiple stakeholders.
Collaborative Team player with a business partner-centric mindset, and exceptional communication skills Technology master skilled in hiring assessment platforms, applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, and MS Office Software Your Compensation Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro.
Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees.
This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $36,617-$69,010. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
