RES is currently accepting applications for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Houston TX office. You will be part of a team that deals with recruitment across different geographies and several specialties – it is never dull, since RES has operations throughout 22 states!

You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be supporting your growth and learning at each step. We work from the office 100% of the time, and enjoy a collaborative culture and fun environment!

What your day-to-day might look like?

About 50% of your time, you will be sourcing for candidates. RES is operating in an industry with specific talent, so we want you to showcase your creativity and original approach to sourcing during your interview!

30% of your time, you will be supporting your internal clients on the recruitment process, from initial job intake interview, passing by compensation research and creative job posting writing, and finally issuing a job offer to the candidate. Be ready to be dealing with over 20 hiring managers at once! Listening skills and some experience in creative writing will be very helpful, so try to come up with an example of those during your interview!

20% of the time, you will be dedicated to programmatic activity and reporting, so we are expecting to see some organizational skills and good knowledge of MS Office!

We would like to speak to you if you have many of the following:

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Platforms (preferably iCims)
• Experience working across geographies with several decision makers.

What will make you stand out?

• You speak Spanish
• You have an HR-related degree, Associate or bachelor.
• You have worked in high-volume recruitment and/or experience in construction/engineering / environmental industries

• You have background in Staffing Agency
