Resonate Hiring for Sales Development Representative at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

Resonate is a Sydney-based, home grown Australian solution to the problem of revenue growth. We help our customers (mostly IT firms) by providing Marketing and Sales as a Service.

We are looking for a new member to join our Sales-as-a-Service team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to kickstart a career in B2B Sales, with a company that will coach, guide, and support you to be a success.

Your typical day will involve:

• Plenty of coffee
• Training with RK (our CEO) or Joey (our GM)
• A quick stand-up meeting with the team
• Lots of good quality calls to a range of cold and warm leads
• Some down-time to record the outcomes from your good work
• The satisfaction of watching our clients’ pipelines (and your bonus) grow

You are:

• Reliable, confident, and articulate
• Keen to build your career in professional B2B Sales
• A natural interpersonal communicator
• Able to make a high volume of outbound calls while getting along with VP level executives

Your qualifications and experience will include*:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or within 12 months of graduating)
• 3 years of professional working experience
• 18 months’ experience in a Sales, Telemarketing, or Call Centre role

*We are open to hiring people with less experience if they can demonstrate 10/10 attitude and aptitude.

You will:

• Generate a pipeline of leads and business opportunities through prospecting into the companies we give you to call
• Effectively communicate our clients’ value propositions on the phone
• Set up meetings between your prospects and our clients’ Directors or Salespeople
• Keep learning and growing on a daily basis
• Ensure that all activity in CRM is updated and accurate
