Resonate Hiring for Graphic Designer at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience for an immediate start.

What we do: We are a B2B Marketing Business Partner (Agency).

Because it is a small team, we allow a lot of autonomy, excellent working conditions, and flexible hours. You will work closely with our CMO (a really bright, friendly and approachable guy).

Where we are located: This is a Remote Work role, so you can work from the comfort of your home office…but you are also welcome to join us at our corporate office in the Sydney CBD if you would like to work from the office now and then. We believe in a modern workplace: we provide a workplace which is not defined by a physical office.

What are we looking for: A very enthusiastic and proactive Graphic Designer to work full time with us.

About the role: You will work closely with our CMO on a diverse range of projects for multiple clients. This role will suit an experienced Designer seeking to develop creative skills within a quality, performance-driven and team-oriented Agency environment.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or industry certifications in design.

Essential Technical skills needed:

• Creative experience – across Mobile, Desktop, Responsive, UX and Print.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
• The ability to proactively contribute, add value and innovate across a range of creative projects.

Desired Technical skills:

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Intermediate knowledge of Figma, Webflow and Framer
• Intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Intermediate skills in the process of end-to-end video editing (green screen removal, synching voice over, exporting videos and more.)

Soft Skills needed:

• Good time-management and priority management
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaborative and friendly approach
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work as a team
