RESOLVEit Hiring for Education & Development Assistant Job at Cardiff, Wales Full Time

This is a key role in the Education and Development team, delivering and promoting personal safety awareness training to children and adults in schools, other educational settings and community groups.

This role includes developing, managing and maintaining partnerships between educational establishments in terms of training, delivery and customer service.

Main duties and responsibilities

Including but not limited to:

· To plan, develop and deliver outstanding teaching and learning (KS2/KS3/KS4).

· To contribute to coordination, development and delivery of all elements of RESOLVEit workshops.

· To produce detailed individual targets which can be regularly monitored to always ensure a high standard of work.

· To provide detailed reports and suggested strategies at the end of the projects.

· To contribute to whole company development/improvement, planning, implementation, review and evaluation.

· To liaise with school teachers on a regular basis.

· Deliver RESOLVEit training to teachers and students

· Work with each RESOLVEit departments to promote, schedule and deliver educational courses to schools, colleges, universities and community groups across South Wales

· Deliver RESOLVEit workshops and events to students, teachers and educational leaders. In the absence of physical events, this role is responsible for creating online alternatives and ensuring they are delivered to as wide an audience as possible.

· Prepare reports monthly for management and to support funding applications.

· Develop and maintaining a strong relationship with all students, schools and educational leaders.
