Job Description

The Training Coordinator position involves working with the training team to coordinate, revise, develop and update training materials for our software. The focus of this position is to provide support to the training team and manager to help facilitate training activities at ResNexus.

This position takes an active role in increasing the product knowledge of our new and existing team members and customer’s. We are willing to train the right candidates, but the skills and experience listed below would be a plus. If you are able to intuitively see how things work, adept at fixing things and are often able to take unfamiliar items apart and put them back together and are able to think non-linearly (seeing pieces of a set and identifying what’s missing) this may be the position for you.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Suite, Internet, Email, etc.)
• Basic typing proficiency 35-60 WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and able to multitask
• Self-starter
• Basic problem solving skills and troubleshooting
• Patient, observant, and somewhat visionary in nature (able to look at pieces and see the whole picture)

Highly Desired Skills and Experience:

• Advanced computer/software skills (coding, html, computer hardware, etc)
• Previous experience in a call center or providing technical support
• High level of problem solving skills and troubleshooting

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent – Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
