Let’s Talk About the Team and this Role:

This role is the strategic finance business partner to both the Vice President of Global Supplier Alliance and the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Planning. This entails providing analytics and actionable insights that link financial performance to operational performance and strategies. As a result, the incumbent will be a trusted and reliable member of each VPs Leadership Teams. Furthermore, there will be much collaboration across the broader Operations Finance Team and the sub-functions they support across our end to end global supply chain. Working together, we will continue to drive ongoing digital transformation to better optimize our enterprise processes for the future.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities:

• Partner and advise both the Global Supplier Alliance Team and Global Supply Chain Planning Team to help drive achievement of financial goals and objectives.
• Own and continue to refine a data driven approach to periodic financial forecasts, collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Deliver actionable management reporting that helps optimize financial results and drives awareness across the enterprise.
• Help to build out innovative methods of strengthening our supplier relationships, while maintaining proper controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Specialize in ongoing analytics focused on balance sheet items and the related potential exposure they represent, helping to shape a more sustainable and proactive approach to our supply chain.
• Provide sound data stewardship surrounding the data domains that intersect Suppliers, Planning, and Logistics with Finance in order to help the Enterprise achieve its data and analytics strategies.
• Build trust and stable relationships with various levels and functions of the organization to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, and belonging.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst, Statistician, or related quantitative role.
• Technical knowledge of cost accounting and supply chain accounting processes, as well as experience with the business systems these processes reside in (e.g. Oracle, Anaplan, etc.).
• Working knowledge of and ability to apply skills in data management, statistics, and data languages and tools (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.).
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear and understandable advice primarily through visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
• Passionately curious in an effort to constantly “connect-the-dots”.
• Proven ability to effectively manage time, work independently and as part of a cross-functional team required.
• Ability to balance varying and/or conflicting user requirements into a standard way of working.
• Ability to influence with confidence and effectiveness the senior management team.
