Resideo Hiring for EMEA Talent Acquisition Leader Job at Oldham, England Full Time

We are seeking an EMEA Talent Acquisition leader with demonstrated experience to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team!

This role will lead our EMEA Talent Acquisition team to support the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across EMEA.

JOB DUTIES:

• Mentor and lead a talent acquisition team of recruiters
• Manage relationships with business leaders and hiring managers across the organization
• Project Manage large- and small-scale hiring initiatives with critical timelines
• Lead efforts to create a consistent, data-driven recruitment process
• Manage and leverage relationships with universities, and search firms
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting- Source, screen, interview and extend offers to candidates
• Ensure recruitment metrics such as diversity and client satisfaction are met/exceeded
• Prioritize candidate experience for all talent, regardless of if we offer them a position
• Provide observations and solutions to the Global TA Leader regarding improvements in the screening, networking, sourcing as well as the overall operations of the recruitment function

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Excellent English communication skills
