Administrative Assistance to Executive Director
RYSE is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Director. This is a great opportunity to assist our team with diverse projects and provide general administrative support in our goal to end youth homelessness.

Duties:
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for Executive Director
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other community meetings to include meals and refreshments
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, s and other correspondence.
· Write and edit documents from letters to s and instructional documents
· Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
· Finance and HR Support
· Prepare donation acknowledgement letters to constituents
· Order supplies as needed
· Assist with scheduling and oversight of employee wellness
· Pick up, sort and distribute mail by dept or employee to ensure timely distribution
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
· Decision-making: Make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
· Communications and collaboration: Collaborate with other administrators and support personnel, management and clients on a regular basis.
· Organizational skills: Organization and prioritization are a must. You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and how to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
Job Requirements:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
