We are looking for an outstanding and reliable Bookkeeper for an investment company located in Oakland
Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable experience.
  • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Coordinate with accounting team to compile, analyze, and report financial data to present to managers
  • Coordinate with accounting team to manage property accounting, including invoicing for rent and operating expense reimbursements
  • Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, project cost funding requests/draws.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Coordinate with accounting team to process payroll, payroll tax payments


Qualifications:

  • Highly experienced with QuickBooks software and Excel
  • Experience with closing the monthly books with outside CPA office
  • Strong understanding of debits and credits
  • Background in Construction or Investment industry a plus
