Peninsula-based nonprofit seeking a temp-hire candidate to assist with accounting operations directly related to AP. Hourly pay rate is between $38-$44. Please contact me directly or attach your resume for further details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reconcile all vendor accounts and the general ledger
- Maintain and review all AP transactions
- Act as the point of contact for communications between the staff and external vendors in relation to AP
- Accurately process all invoices in a timely manner
- Monthly reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and provides support for all duties related to month-end close
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in using Excel (entry to mid-level)
- Experience in using Concur preferred, but not required
