East Bay-based client is seeking a temp-hire Administrative Assistant to take on all clerical needs, as well as the front desk needs of the organization. This is an on-site position with an hourly pay rate between $20-$24, depending upon relevant experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Filing, copying, faxing, typing, and printing duties
- Manage front desk operations
- Establish and maintain records, as well as file systems and procedures
- Daily sorting and distributing of the organization’s mail
- Maintain the department’s inventory of supplies and order supplies as needed in a timely manner
- Coordinate oral and written communications
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent calendar management skills and accuracy in work
- Working knowledge of office equipment
