Sales Director
The Sales Director a is responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed goals. This position s directly to the CFO. The key duties include hiring and developing members of their team, creating, and executing sales strategies, and managing the department’s budget.
Duties:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
– Expand on and build up the residential, commercial, and new home sales for the Corporation by installing key management staff to execute on business plans
– Direct the sales functions of Renova’s Solar, Energy Storage and combined Microgrid products
– Collaborate with company top executives to set business objectives and development goals for all markets where the Corporation does business
-Interface with customers for residential, commercial, and new home developments to help pitch the Corporation’s products and services
-Oversee the interviewing, and recruitment of Sales Managers and Sales Trainers for residential, commercial, and new homes in each market location
-Set and enforce customer service standards to ensure clients are satisfied with received products & services
– Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
– Set sales targets and track performance against goals in Sales Force.
– Provide regular s on sales activities, performance, and market trends to senior management
Qualifications:
– Solar/ Energy Storage/ Microgrid
– Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar sales leadership role
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients
– Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
– Experiance in using Sales Force CRM
