Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a key player in driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for Rennscot and its brands. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and technologies to maximize brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Rennscot and its brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and content marketing.
• Manage Google & Meta ads campaigns, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to create engaging and persuasive marketing assets.
• Manage and oversee website performance, ensuring effective user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying innovative opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Monitor and evaluate competitor digital marketing strategies to inform decision-making and identify areas of improvement.
• Lead and manage relationships with vendors, dealers, and partners, ensuring effective collaboration and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 3+ years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing content.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working within a technical environment (organization is composed of 75%+ engineers).
• Experience working within Shopify, Wix, or Webflow.
• Experience working with marketing automations (Hubspot, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
• Interest and/or passion for the automotive industry.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
