The Rennes Travel Team will travel between 6 Rennes Health and Rehab Center facilities (DePere, Appleton, Rhinelander, Peshtigo, and Weston) providing clinical support to the unit assigned. This role will provide routine care to the residents under the direction of the Administrator and Director of Nursing. The traveling CNA will insure that each of the residents receives the care and help correlate and organize the nursing services.
