SUMMARY:

Keep dryer buggies hung. Keep a check on PH and whiteness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have labels ready for specific style when dryers dump
• Push buggies to hanging station
• Check PH balance. If it is good, write it on dryer paper. If PH is not right, tell the tunnel operator.
• Check whiteness. If whiteness is good, write on dryer paper and send to appropriate rail number in hang room
• Keep filters clean on dryers after each load
• Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements

• Understand proper safety procedures and personal protective equipment needed for working around machines and using air hoses

• Be able to push and pull 200lb buggies of socks
• Hang 100lb buggies on rail and push with pole
• Move quick enough so dryer doesnt get backed up and stop the progression of tunnel room
• Requires walking and standing for a 12-hour period, excluding scheduled break times
• Some stooping or bending required
