We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to lead recruitment activities for Renewi in the UK.
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will find, attract, approach and select high quality talent for Renewi. You will proactively source candidates and be in control of the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying the business needs to managing the job offer process for the selected candidate. You will be the go-to business partner for recruitment in your portfolio and you will enjoy building sustainable relationships across the business. You will be responsible for a wide variety of roles, from operators to directors:
Developing a UK recruitment strategy in line with Renewi TA strategy and SLA– analyse business needs and translate them into an agreed recruitment strategy plan.
Reinforcing an efficient and effective recruitment process, ensuring vacancy approval processes are followed, maintaining, and updating all admin records and ATS.
Sourcing and selection of candidates – conduct pre-screening and interviews to shortlist. candidates for hiring managers
Selection – support hiring managers in selection process, competency interviewing and testing.
Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Building and maintaining an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research and referrals.
As part of the central group talent acquisition team, you will also work on central projects with such as Employer Branding, Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion.
To Be Successful in this Role You Will Need:
Knowledge and understanding of the UK labour market.
Recruitment experience – either in-house, RPO, on-site or agency
Experience using social media / LinkedIn and other relevant online platforms for sourcing / recruiting.
Ability to manager and prioritising multiple vacancies / searches, projects and client relationships
Ability to proactively source passive candidates
Knowledge or affinity with technical profiles, such as engineers.
Excellent organisation skills and experience of using and ATS or CRM system
Great communication skills and a proven track record of building relationships across different teams and sites
Ability and willingness to travel to our sites across the UK.
Experience of working with international teams, or in a matrix environment is preferred
