Renewal by Andersen of Central NC is in search of an individual to fill our Recruiting position as soon as possible. With the tremendous amount of growth our company is experiencing, we need a full time individual to search for talented candidates to fill our available positions. The person for this job will be able to multi-task, have great organization and communication skills, and will have a can-do attitude. Responsibilities include searching social networks and recruiting sites to identify potential candidates, sending emails and making calls to candidates. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will work with the HR Director and Corporate Recruiter to build a strong talent pipeline for our growing company’s staffing needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Communicate with different staffing and job posting agencies to ensure we are utilizing all of our resources

· Compare different staffing options to ensure we are being cost conscious in our decision making

· Communicate with management team to establish what needs we have in each department

· Determine which candidates fit the needs of each position

· Pre-screen all applicants before scheduling face to face interviews

· Conduct face to face interviews

· Create job postings that appeal to our target audience and make sure they remain updated

· Negotiate terms of employment

Requirements:

· College degree in business OR 1-2 years of recruiting experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Reliable form of transportation

· Ability to pass a criminal background check
