Renewal by Andersen is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing Call Center team.

As an Inside Sales/Call Center Representative, you will work from our Appleton office and speak to prospective customers who have already requested a call from us (no cold calling!), work through potential objections and obstacles to set appointments for our In-Home Sales team, to achieve sales goals together, and improve the lives of homeowners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
• Promote our world-class products and services to current and prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Schedule in-home consultations for customers
• Participate in weekly training huddles

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

• Above average skills with interpersonal communication and negotiation
• Strong phone presence
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Naturally outgoing, self-disciplined, and goal oriented
• Previous experience in scheduling and home improvements a bonus, but not required
• Ability to work nights and weekends
