Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver value to the business by doing full cycle recruiting, scheduling complex interviews, tracking recruiting metrics, executing on a career fair strategy, serving as a recruiter for select non-exempt and exempt roles, sourcing talent and other duties as assigned.
Specific duties:

• Executing on full cycle recruiting, mostly for field Construction roles, non-exempt
• Scheduling complex interviews
• Posting positions on company website, job boards and college career sites.
• Developing and implementing a sourcing strategy for both passive and non-passive talent.
• Serving as a Recruiter for select exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Working with Talent Acquisition Director and HRBPs to execute on all aspects of a career fair strategy.
• Maintains and tracks recruitment metrics through the ATS and Excel.
• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills including listening and communicating.
• Represents the Company in a professional and respectful manner to internal and external contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Cornerstone a plus) preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous construction recruiting experience
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with 2 or more years as a Talent Acquisition Partner
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical requirements and environment:

Performs primarily sedentary office duties with occasional travel to other Company offices or construction sites. Incumbent may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds and may be required to sit, stand, walk and use a computer.
Construction site environment includes early stage permitting, development and auditing through finished roads and features. Extensive travel with driving to remote sites along with office work in field conditions is also included.

Anticipated base salary range: $70,000- $90,000
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
