HR Manager required for progressive company.
The right applicant will be responsible for the day to day running of the Personnel department.
Main duties will include: –
- the recruitment of staff, writing job descriptions, checking application forms and creating candidate shortlists along with conducting primary interviews.
- Implementing company policies to select, develop and retain staff
- Overseeing staff welfare and promoting equality and diversity in the workplace
- Working closely with department heads
- Advising on pay, promotions and benefits and carrying out salary reviews
- Dealing with staff enquiries, complaints and grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Salary: £27,500.00-£37,500.00 per year
